ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transportation services provided by ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE. By booking a ride, submitting a request, confirming a reservation, or making a payment, the customer agrees to the terms listed below.

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is not considered confirmed until ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE has reviewed the request and confirmed the service by phone, email, text message, or payment confirmation.

2. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, contact information, number of passengers, luggage details, flight information, and any special requests. ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE is not responsible for delays or missed service caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing

Prices may vary based on distance, time, vehicle type, passenger count, route, waiting time, airport service, tolls, parking fees, additional stops, special requests, or service conditions. Any price shown online is an estimate unless confirmed directly by ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE.

4. Payments

Payment may be required before service is provided. Payments are processed securely through the payment method offered at checkout or another approved method. By submitting payment, the customer authorizes ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE to charge the amount shown for the selected service.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation, vehicle assignment, driver dispatch, and type of reservation.

If a driver has already been dispatched or the service time is near, the reservation may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee.

6. No-Shows

A no-show occurs when the customer does not appear at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE within a reasonable time. No-shows may be charged the full fare and may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Waiting Time

Additional waiting time may result in extra charges. For airport pickups, reasonable waiting time may be allowed depending on flight status and service type. For non-airport pickups, waiting time may begin at the scheduled pickup time.

8. Airport Pickups and Flight Delays

Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight information when requesting airport transportation. ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE may monitor flight status when flight details are provided; however, the customer should notify ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE of any changes, delays, cancellations, or updated arrival times.

9. Vehicle Selection

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE will make reasonable efforts to provide the selected vehicle type. In certain situations, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided based on availability, safety, scheduling, or operational needs.

10. Passenger Conduct

Customers and passengers must behave respectfully and safely. ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger is abusive, threatening, intoxicated, damaging property, violating laws, or creating unsafe conditions for the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.

11. Damage to Vehicle

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by passengers, including but not limited to spills, stains, excessive cleaning, broken items, smoking-related damage, or any other damage to the vehicle. Cleaning or damage fees may be charged when necessary.

12. Smoking, Alcohol, and Illegal Substances

Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and unlawful activity are not permitted inside the vehicle. Alcohol may be restricted depending on applicable laws and service conditions. ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE reserves the right to stop service if these rules are violated.

13. Child Seats

Customers must notify ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE in advance if a child seat is needed. Availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed. The customer is responsible for ensuring that children are properly secured according to applicable safety requirements.

14. Luggage

Customers must provide accurate luggage details. ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE is not responsible if the selected vehicle cannot safely accommodate luggage that was not disclosed during booking. Additional vehicles or upgrades may require additional charges.

15. Delays and Service Interruptions

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, law enforcement activity, mechanical issues, flight delays, incorrect customer information, or events beyond our control.

16. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged items. If an item is found, ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE will make reasonable efforts to return it to the customer.

17. Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment processor or bank. Processing fees, cancellation fees, waiting time, dispatch costs, and completed services may be non-refundable.

18. Changes to Reservation

Changes to pickup time, location, destination, vehicle type, passenger count, luggage, or special requests must be communicated as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

19. Limitation of Liability

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE will make reasonable efforts to provide safe, professional, and timely transportation. However, ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE is not liable for missed flights, missed appointments, lost business, indirect damages, or delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

20. Privacy

Customer information is used to process reservations, provide transportation service, communicate with customers, and complete payments. ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE does not sell customer information. Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers.

21. Right to Refuse Service

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate service when necessary for safety, legal, operational, or policy reasons.

22. Updates to Terms

ROCKY MOUNTAIN BLACK CAR SERVICE may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of booking will apply to the customer’s reservation.
